General Abstract Guidelines

The Scientific Committee of OTS 2026 invites submissions for both Paper and E-Poster presentations. Authors must comply with the guidelines stated below.

Each author may present only one abstract (Paper or E-Poster).
Submitted abstracts should preferably be original research work.
Previously presented or published abstracts will not be accepted.
Abstracts submitted to other national/international meetings are not permitted.
Final mode of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee.
All abstracts must be written in clear English with correct grammar.
Accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website.
Conference registration is mandatory for the presenting author (main author).
All abstracts must be submitted online via the official conference website.
Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be accepted.
Submitting author must ensure all co-authors approve the content.
Correspondence will only be sent to the submitting/presenting author.
Abstracts cannot be edited after final submission.
An updated abstract may be carried onsite via Pendrive.

Paper Presentation – Submission Specifications

Presenting author's contact details:
- Email address
- Full postal address

Author details required:
- Full first & last names
- Affiliation: Department, Institution/Hospital, City, State, Country
Abstract Title – Max 20 words, UPPERCASE, Times New Roman 12
Authors – Presenting author first, font size 11
Abstract Text – Times New Roman 10, single spaced, max 250 words
Abstract must include:
- Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
References optional (count toward word limit).
Tables: max 3 tables (max 10×10 each).
Images: max 3 JPG images (each counts as 30 words, 500 KB max, 600×800 px max).
Presentation Time: __ minutes + 2 minutes discussion.

Abstract Selection & Presentation

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Acceptance notification will be sent to the submitting author. If selected for oral presentation, the presenting author must present in person. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}

E-Poster Submission Specifications

Displayed on 42″ LCD, PPT/PPTX format, 16:9 ratio.
File size max 5 MB.
Only 1 slide per poster.
Must use official conference template.
No animations, videos, or sounds allowed.
Static slide only.
Presentation Time: __ minutes + 2 minutes discussion.
Design Requirements:
- Title placeholder must contain: Presenter Name, Poster Title & Poster Number.
- Case Study must include: Introduction, Aim/Objectives, Background, Case, Conclusion/Clinical Relevance.
- Case Report must include: Introduction, Aim/Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Poster must be self-explanatory with organized content.
- Minimum font size: 14 pt (Helvetica / Times New Roman).
Color Guidelines:
- Use dark fonts on light backgrounds.
- Use light fonts on dark backgrounds.
- Avoid red or green text for readability.
- Images must be high-quality & clear.
